Side yard variance is requested for this lot 60. Currently not even either side of the house has a clear path of 1.21m and a house was permitted to be built by the builder. We need clear path of 1.21m in order to go to the backyard where proposed below grade entrance will be built. We are requesting a relief on the right side yard (on the side of Lot 61 neighbor). Currently on the right side yard it is 0.93m and we need minimum 1.21m in order to go to the backyard. A relief of 0.28m is requeste
