Proposed a mixed-use development comprised of five towers ranging in height between 26- to 46-storeys and an 11-storey mid-rise building. Overall 1,881 new residential units, including 165 purpose-built rental units and 341 units for seniors, a new daycare space that is proposed to be integrated at the base of a rental apartment building. The proposal also includes a range of other non-residential uses including a 228 room hotel as well as a new 687-square metre grocery store, 1,986 square met
