Zoning By-law Amendment application proposes several modifications to the Zoning By-law (By-law 1082-2022) that was approved by Council on July 22, 2022 for the Arbo Neighbourhood Phase 1. Included in the proposed modifications is a revision to Regulation 5(rr) of By-law 1082-2022 to increase the maximum unit count from 1,400 units to 1,700 units.
