Proposal to demolish the existing 3 single storey industrial/commercial buildings on the Subject Site and redevelop it with a high-density mixed-use development consisting of four tall buildings ranging from 37 to 42 storeys and one 8-storey midrise building. The proposed development will have a total gross floor area (GFA) of approximately 115,744.2m2 of which 640m2 of GFA is for commercial uses at grade, and 115,104.2m2 of GFA for residential use. The total floor space index (FSI) is 7.87 time
