Proposal to sever the subject properties to create an additional lot for the development of a self-storage facility on the northwest portion of the land. The development within Part 1 consists of a four-storey self-storage building (Building A) and three one-storey ambient storage buildings (Buildings B, C, and D). The total GFA of Building A is 11,850.56 sq.m, while Buildings B, C, and D have a combined GFA of 1,531.6 sq.m. The proposed maximum height of the four-storey is 14.6 meters
