OPA & Rezoning Application proposes Phase 2 of the TCHC Lawrence Heights revitilization, including new and reconfigured public streets, public parks and community uses, and residential development ranging from 6 to 29 storeys in height. Phase 2 includes the replacement of 213 Phase 2 social housing units, 64 replacement units from Phase 4, and the creation of 180 new TCHC affordable units and 961 market units (total of 1,748 dewlling units).
