Site Plan Control Application proposes the development of a 6-storey residential building. The building will provide a total of 86 units, being a mix of 1-bedroom, 2-bedroom, and 3-bedroom. A paved access from Country Lane along the east property line will be provided, leading to 2 levels of below-grade parking, providing a total of 122 parking spaces; as well as 67 bicycle parking spaces. The proposed development provides a total GFA of 9,940 square metres and a FSI of 3.3. Additionally, the pr
