A minor variance is being requested to permit a reduction of parking from the standards required in S.20.3 of the Zoning By-law. The request is for permission to increase the number of children enrolled (from 60 to 65) and the number of staff working (from 7 to 10) at the existing Day Nursery while maintaining the existing parking supply of 13 parking spaces. This arrangement will be temporary and will be terminated with the construction of the proposed addition: OZS-2022-0024 & OZ-22-024B.
