Site Plan Application proposes the development of an 11-storey mixed-use building providing residential, home occupation uses and commercial use at grade. The building will provide a total of 291 residential units, being a mix of 1-bedroom, 2-bedroom, 3-bedroom and home occupation units. The building will also provide one retail unit at grade. A paved access from Yeomans road along the southern property line will be provided, leading to three levels of below-grade parking, providing a total of 2
