Site plan application for Quayside Building 2, a 53 storey, 576 unit building to be delivered as part of the Quayside project. The proposed development includes a total GFA of 40,887 square metres (m2), comprised of 37,636 m2 of residential and 3,251 m2 of non-residential uses. The non-residential use is 3,251 m2 for a Community Hub that will provide a range of community uses, including a 62-child private daycare. A TTC substation is also provided to service the Waterfront East LRT.
