Two development blocks are proposed. The east block closes to The Gore Road will accommodate 539 apartment units within 2 towers, 20-22 storeys in height a top a single shared podium. Two four-storey mixed use buildings are also proposed in this block. The west block will accommodate 252 townhouse units, 3 storeys in height accessed by a private road network. A stormwater management pond and tow public parks (one within each development block) are also proposed.
