Alpa Stone is proposing a mixed-use high-density residential development on the Subject Lands, consisting of two 18-storey high-rise mixed-use towers, connected by a 8 to 10-storey podium. The proposed development is comprised of 629 units, 1,032 m2 of ground floor retail space fronting Humberwest Parkway, 656 m2 of indoor amenity space, surface parking, and three levels of underground parking.
