Minor site plan amendment to address the following revisions to approved SP18-002. 1) one additional storey to Building D (Rental) adding 5 additional units for 302. Total development will provide 444 units. 2) minor landscaping revisions 3) due to a recently discovered utility encroachment, a revision to the parking structure was required. The revision reduced the total parking on site to 480. A minor variance was approved in March 2021 to allow for the reduction of the parking. See cover lette
