To facilitate Site Plan Approval for the development of a Place of Worship on the site in two phases. Phase One contemplates the Place of Worship building with a GFA of 361.50 square metres and a total of 60 parking spaces. There is no timetable to develop Phase Two however it will include a building addition and additional parking spaces as indicated on the Site Plan.
