100-2 COUNTY COURT BLVD

Phased redevelopment of the subject site for a mixed use development featuring four (4) towers ranging in height between 23-45 storeys oriented along Hurontario Street and two (2) 5-storey residential mid-rise buildings oriented along Turtlecreek Boulevard. It is envisaged that once the subject site is fully redeveloped, it will feature approximately 1,610 residential units, along with approximately 6,630 m² of new office space and 1,915 m² of ground floor commercial.
