Propose six (6) new exterior exit doors to existing industrial building required for fire exiting as per Ontario Building Code as shown in attached revised site plan and elevation drawings. Increase of total gross floor area to reflect the new Southeast (SE) Office area (Ground Floor and Mezzanine) from 47,096 sqm (based on last limited site plan approval) to 47,451.5 sqm. Revision of the required car parking nos. in line with the increase in gross floor area.
