Peel Housing Corporation would like to develop a third apartment building on the vacant northern portion of 10 Knightsbridge Road. The proposed development includes an apartment building with a maximum height of 20 storeys, 200 units, and one level of underground parking that will connect to the existing underground parking garage. The two existing apartment buildings on the site will remain.
