Amendment to the Official Plan in order to remove the subject lands from the Huttonville North Secondary Plan area and include them in the Mount Pleasant Secondary Plan area. This would allow subject lands to develop in conjunction with the surrounding lands and ensure that the area is developed in a coordinated manner.
