The HVAC System Upgrade project includes provision of an outdoor ground mounted fluid cooler, located
along the east side of the existing Ancillary Building. The fluid cooler is mounted on sleepers and piers, with an outdoor sloped concrete pad draining toward the south. The enclosure has free-standing precast screens that are structurally supported by a steel frame anchored to concrete piers.
