Greystone has applied for a building permit for a renovation to an existing KFC/Taco Bell to a KFC only for this location. In speaking with the city we were requested to apply for a Limited SPA submission through the BramPlanOnline portal. Was asked to submit drawings and documents (no application fee associated with a limited site plan) and approx. approval time for a limited site plan is about 2-3 weeks based on scope.
