Waterproofing replacement and localized concrete repairs to above grade parking garage roof deck. Work area includes north and west portions of roof deck (not south soft landscaping area). Work will include removal of overburden in work area and reinstate following concrete repairs and waterproofing. Site finishes to be reinstated to generally match existing with minor adjustments for traffic flow and ease of maintenance.
