As part of the Block Planning process, a Community Park has been planned for the northeast corner of Clarkway Drive and the East/West Arterial Road. Through discussions with City staff on a subsequent Parkland Conveyance Agreement, the Community Park and the adjacent Collector Road ‘L’ (east side) will be conveyed to the City as part of the Spine Infrastructure for Sub-Area 2A. As such, on behalf of the Landowner Groups, our office is proposing to advance a site-specific Zoning By-law Amendment
