To facilitate a draft plan of subdivision to permit the development of 272 residential units consisting of 30 street townhouse units and 242 single detached units. The Copper Kirby, Phase 2 Subdivision will also consist of a 1.22-hectare park, ‘Park B’, a 2.68-hectare elementary school block, and a 0.73-hectare lowrise mixed-use block. The Phase 2 will provide the second arterial road intersection on Highway 27, opposite Hedgerow Lane.
