Accommodated within the site are 233 parking spaces including 8 barrier-free spaces and 15 bicycle parking spaces. The total Gross Floor Area (GFA) proposed is 4,933.10 m2. The proposed development achieves a score of 48 which satisfies requirements for a bronze score per the City’s sustainability metrics.
