Addition of an A&W restaurant (no drive-thru) to existing building (this was approved in previous submission as per Paul Brioux). Will require minor exterior changes to site plan to incorporate a Sanimax (waste cooking oil vessel) exterior to the building. Due to the requirements of a climate controlled garbage refuse for food waste (from previous submission), we will also require an exterior freezer to maintain proper inventory levels. New site plan has been submitted.
