Proposal submitted to assist with facilitating the construction of an 8- storey, 153 room hotel that will be fronting Nelson Street West. An amendment to the Official Plan and Zoning By-law will be required to assist with the development. The zoning of the land is proposed to permit the hotel use, along with a banquet hall and office on the second floor of the building, with a maximum combined gross floor area of 250 square metres and only in conjunction with the hotel.
