The Site Plan Control application seeks to permit the use of the Subject Lands for a Place of Worship within a 2-Storey Building, of which, the foundation was previously constructed, with a Permit, on the Subject Lands. As mentioned, the existing building located at the northwest section of the Subject Lands will be retained and continued to be utilized.
The Site Plan also proposes surface parking, drive aisles, service areas, landscape areas and bike parking areas.
