This Limited Site Plan Review is submitted in order to provide staff with sufficient materials to assess the merits in approving an amendment to my client's previously issued Site Plan Waiver in Oct. of 2020.
The difference in this application is moderately scoped by the following two proposed changes:
1. Slightly decreasing the existing front yard landscaping; and
2. Providing an increase in hard surface area beyond the historical gravel located at the rear of the building.
