15 WESTCREEK BLVD

The project consists of a new building addition of approximately 60,000 sq.ft. to existing facility, located at 15 Westcreek Blvd, Brampton, Ontario. The new 28’ clear height with 50’ x 50’ grid addition will house a new can line to increase production capacity and related support spaces (pedestrian walkways, forklifts etc.). To accommodate new addition existing concrete aprons and loading bays, exterior cladding to be demolished and existing mechanical and electrical services to be relocated. E
