The project is the development of a New Howden Rec Centre to replace the previous facility, previously demolished. The facility consists of a multi-sport court, fitness studio, multipurpose bookable spaces, as well as leased spaces for daycare program. The site features enhanced landscaping at the building perimeter and along pedestrian zones and an outdoor basketball court at the centre of the property. A parking complement is provided to service a range of event sizes at the facility.
