We are looking to add a second storey to our bungalow, as to allow for more space for our growing family. We intend to go straight up and not out, but also would like to add a porch to the front of the house while doing the renovations. I was a little bit unsure about the official plan designation and zoning information, etc.. I think I was putting the correct information, but not completely sure.
