On October 18, 2022, Site Plan Agreement No. 2021-0017 was registered by City of Brampton Legislative Services to facilitate the development of a 19,988.32 sqm. operations centre including office space, and industrial space dedicated to a fleet garage, warehouse, and fleet maintenance centre.
To meet our client’s operational needs, we hereby submit a Limited Site Plan Application to address the following changes to the approved Site Plan:
