To re-designate the lands from "General Commercial Area" and "Low Density Residential" to "Mixed Use Commercial and Residential" while amending the policies of height, density, & setbacks in the Vaughan Official Plan & Yonge Steeles Corridor Secondary Plan to facilitate a mixed-use development consisting of 6 towers (19, 19, 27, 29, 39, 46 stories) with 2046 units at 6.81 FSI, and commercial retail and a library at grade.
