We are proposing lowering the podium height from 6-storeys to 2-storeys and redistributing the four storeys from the podium to Tower ‘B’ to facilitate an increase from the approved 39-storeys to the proposed 43-storeys. In addition, the proposed Page 2 of 3 Minor OPA will permit a maximum residential tower floor plate size of 799 m2 for Levels 10 to 41, and 776 m2 for Levels 42 to 43.
