The proposed development is seeking to construct a new outdoor surface parking area that would support outdoor storage uses on the rear portion (west) of the subject site. A total of 46 new vehicular parking spaces are proposed, in addition to the existing 102 vehicular parking spaces that currently serve the existing industrial building.
