The existing dwelling is to be demolished and replaced by a 2-storey residential dwelling. The consent application to create this lot was appealed to the Tribunal. A settlement agreement between the landowner and the City was approved by the Tribunal in the order dated October 2, 2019. Detailed site plan and architectural plans are part of the settlement and are included within this submission.
