New two-storey dry floor Arena building to replace existing Victoria Park Arena that will be demolished. The new 50,000 SF building will be constructed on the same site with a slightly bigger footprint and include the new Brampton Sports Hall of Fame. Existing site, landscaping and parking to remain as is except for the area around the building perimeter and other localized improvements.
