To facilitate the creation of two distinct precincts (North: OP.22.002, South: OP.22.005) divided by Colossus Drive, where most building heights will range from 8 to 55 storeys except for one landmark building in the Northern Precinct that will be taller than 55 storeys. Proposes amending the existing official plan designations into one land use of "High-Density Mixed-Use" and permitting a maximum site wide gross density of 4.0 FSI.
