The project includes the partial demolition of the facility, and the retention of the existing 25 meter lap pool and pool structure. The proposed addition will consist of constructing a new 2,182sm addition, that includes a gym, a multi-purpose room and common areas. The existing outdoor wading pool and playground will also be replaced with a new, mid-size, splash pad and integrated playground design.
