To redesignate the lands to "High-Rise Mixed-Use" and permit an increase in height and density to facilitate a mixed-use development consisting of four (4) buildings with seven (7) towers containing residential, office, community amenity and retail uses. The proposed site ranges in height from 6 to 60 storeys with a proposed FSI of 7.40 times the area of the site comprised of 3,000 residential units.
