To facilitate a mixed-use development containing single-detached houses, semi-detached houses, and street townhouses, as well as two future condominium blocks anticipated for low-rise mixed-use buildings, two elementary schools, new public parkland, a portion of a stormwater management pond, and two blocks of natural area lands including environmental features and buffers.
