To remove the planned local street, increase the permitted height and density, and add site-specific provisions to permit a high-rise mixed-use residential development comprised of two buildings, 50 and 44-storeys with 3 & 4-storey podiums and retail at grade. The proposed development has a density of 7.12 FSI with 1081 apartment units, 14 podium townhouse units, 1060 underground parking spaces, a strata park, a 20 metre private road (with 9 metre pavement width) and a 22 metre local road.
