To facilitate the development of 380 townhouse units across four blocks with an FSI of 1.66, a future private condominium road, an extension of Queensbury Crescent, outdoor amenity space, and 455 parking spaces in one level of underground parking. The draft OPA seeks to correct Schedule 1B, provide site‐specific exceptions to Policy 9.1.2.4 and permit the proposed stacked townhouses of 4-storeys within the Low-Rise Residential Designation.
