The proposed development involves the retrofitting of the existing industrial building in order to accommodate a data centre facility. The proposed development includes the addition of 104 square metres of building area and will have a total of 200 parking spaces and 4 loading spaces. Additionally, power skids and generators are proposed on the south side of the building, which is to be hidden by privacy screens.
