The development proposes two outdoor playground areas to support the day nursery use, as well as the incorporation of an additional 232 square metres of City-owned lands into the existing Site Plan (SP13-026). The owners of 305 and 315 Royal West Drive intend to lease these City lands to construct a playground for the proposed daycare facility. The proposal also includes the playground previously approved under Minor Variance application A19-128, located within the property.
