To amend the Subject Lands currently designated as "Station Precinct" to facilitate the development of two residential towers (55 and 58 storeys) with 1,187 units, a 14-storey office tower, and a shared 7-storey podium containing ground floor retail/commercial, office, and residential uses, at 11.5 FSI. The current designation permits for 5.0 FSI and 30 storeys.
