To redesignate the land use designation on the subject lands shown on Schedule A, attached hereto and forming part of this amendment from “Aurora Promenade” to “Aurora Promenade - Site Specific Policy” and to establish the site specific policies to permit the use of the lands for a 7-storey mixed-use building, with 356 residential units.
