Proposes the addition of 25 loading docks to the existing 1-storey building and the repurposing of the rear portion of the building, which is currently vacant, for outside storage. An additional 67 parking spaces are proposed, providing a new total of 126 parking spaces on the property. Appropriate fencing and a landscaped area are also proposed as an additional buffer between the storage area and the main building on the property.
