I am writing on behalf of Akal Steel (2005) Inc. to formally propose and request approval for a curb cut and alteration at our commercial/industrial property located at 43 Progress Court. This modification is essential to enhance safety and operational efficiency at our facility. Our property serves as a structural steel fabrication site, where large trucks and trailers frequently access the drive-in doors and shop areas to pick up or drop off material. Currently, the existing curb configuration
