Construction of a freestanding BMO Retail Bank (Building D) (non drive-thru) in an existing retail/commercial centre. Building is already Site Plan Approved (SP16-017). Minor changes being proposed to the footprint and elevation. In particular, 'Building D' will be slightly smaller than originally planned, but will fall within the previously approved footprint.
